Educational Philosophy

I believe that a teacher is morally obligated to enter the classroom with the high hopes that their students will rise eventually. My philosophy is that I want my students to progress at every level. I want to teach my students academic and life lessons, I want to light their path while taking their every step, I want my students to seek excellence and competency, I want my students to settle on what they deserve, and I want them to look for what is worth pursuing.

I believe that a student can learn effectively if extrinsic and intrinsic motivation is present inside the classroom. I want to build a learning environment for them that is conducive to their learning; I want it to be their ground for development and a surface that will catch them if they fail. I want to build an environment that accepts the differences they have, an environment where they foresee failure as an opportunity to succeed. I want an environment where my students can freely ask because they are curious about something.

I am an aspiring educator that has an ideal mindset with a progressive character. And my educational philosophy is to feed my students an idealistic vision and a determined, passionate, and hardworking mindset.  My students are like sunshine, they may be down sometimes, but most of the days, they are shining.
